	2007 CLUB NEWS Coggins Learn what is required in Missouri http://www.mda.mo.gov/Animals/horse.htm Mini Clinics Beginning Halter, Harnessing & Clipping Presented by Dee Pictures Pictures July 14, 2007 10 am in Niangua, hosted by Max and Dee Keithley. One in the fall according to demand and availability. Possible cost $5 per person towards Dee’s fuel costs. These will be separate, identical, geographically dispersed; three hour long mini clinics to get people started working with their donkeys.  Minimum enrollment of 3 is required or that clinic will be cancelled, the maximum is 10, so get your name in early. We will spend an hour on beginning halter work (using a stud chain, pressure and release), an hour on how to put on a harness and fit it to the donkey and put to cart, and an hour on clipping your donkey for show.  Each clinic will cover the same information so pick which ever works best for you but let Dee know that you will be attending so the clinic you want will not be cancelled. This type of clinic will help everyone get started and to make more of the April clinics with professional trainers in the future.  The professional trainers can teach more if everyone has some basic skills.   Bring lawn chairs and whatever food or drink you may want.  Donkeys will be provided.     Bill & Becki Martin, Charles Trollinger, Carole Keil, Karen Cottingham & Joyce Rogers
